Central to the role of product leadership is building and developing your team. The PMs you lead will expect clear guidance on what is expected of them, both to excel at their current level, and to achieve their next promotion. Based on a year-long project to implement, evaluate, and evolve the competency framework for product managers at Miro, this session will review our research on industry norms, key challenges we faced, and conclusions reached, in setting the right expectations at every level from APM to CPO.

What happens in a ‘Hacking Leadership’session? It happens that it’s not a talk. It's an experience. Because we have a lot of knowledge and we already know a lot of things, so the question is if we are actually living everything we know. It happens that I co-facilitate with a musician. Because, without art, we’re lost. And It also happens that leadership ceases to be an objective, and becomes something hackable through the habit of 5 bases. These habits go from the practice of true recognition to the silence of redemption or the commitment to our legacy. And then, we all experience all this through our own wisdom, knowing that only through human connection we can hack what is inherent in the potential of all human beings: leadership.
